What this ally is
On-site micro-warehousing, stand replenishment, and delivery to the customer.
It is the least visible ring and one of the easiest to underestimate. If replenishment slips, the makers' positions look empty, the food partner runs out, and both of those show up as somebody else's missed target. This ring is upstream of two other partners' performance.

How the shares are earned
Two tests, both of which must be met: paying each cash instalment on time, and meeting the agreed service levels — how often something runs out, how fast a stand is replenished, on-time delivery, and stock accuracy.
