A LEVEL ALLIANCESFOUNDERS' COUNCIL HANDBOOK Türkçe

The ring that builds the copy of the building.

The Digital Twin Ally

A digital twin is a live, three-dimensional copy of the real floor, kept in sync with it. You use it to plan a layout before you build it, and to see the whole floor at once once you have.

01

What this ally is

The Technology Ally collects the numbers. This partner turns them into a picture of the space.

In practice that means three things: a 3D model of the floor that stays current, an augmented-reality layer visitors can use on their phones, and the modular stand design that gets manufactured and installed. It also carries security for the sensor network and the building systems.

The reason it is a separate ring from technology is that these are different skills. One is payments and data; the other is architecture and spatial modelling.

02

Who it suits

  • Has built and operated a digital twin for a commercial property before
  • Technical staff in building information modelling, connected devices and spatial data
  • Reference projects where an augmented-reality layer actually went live in a retail or event setting
  • Can take responsibility for the security of the sensor network and building systems
  • Can produce modular stand designs in sync with the model

03

What you put in

  • Its share of the cash, paid in three instalments
  • The digital twin of the first location, kept live
  • The augmented-reality visitor layer
  • Spatial security and the design template for later locations

04

What you get back

  • 6% of the company
  • A service fee for the technology
  • 6% of any profit the company distributes

05

What you would actually do

  • Build the twin and keep it synchronised with the real floor
  • Design and launch the visitor layer
  • Turn the design standard into a template the next locations can use
  • Keep the spatial infrastructure secure and running

06

How the shares are earned

Two tests, both of which must be met: paying each cash instalment on time, and meeting the agreed service levels — the twin going live at the same time as the physical floor, model accuracy, and the number of security incidents.
